Usage and Care

Simply heat Warmies in a microwave for up to 90 seconds. Be sure the microwave is clean and the turntable spins freely. Use the included warming guide for proper heating time. Enjoy its comforting warmth for up to 2 hours; reheat when the product is at room temperature. For use as a cold pack, place Warmies in a sealable freezer bag and place into a freezer for 2–3 hours. This will help to ease bruises and sprains, as well as reduce fevers.

Contains carefully selected organic filling material and dried French lavender. Surface wash only with a lightly damp cloth. DO NOT immerse in water or machine wash, as this will damage the filling material.
