Casa Viva is a faith-based, non-governmental organization, founded in 2005, that believes in the fundamental importance of every child and adolescent growing up in a family.

The bond and connection with a healthy family develops loved and secure individuals, and helps promote empathy and the ability to have appropriate relationships with others.

We are the first NGO in Costa Rica to develop a foster care program, in agreement with the National Child Welfare Agency, which financially supports and supervises protection work for children and adolescents.
